Weeping shows the need for something. Still weeping is not considered good, because it is the state of some discomfort and complaint. Smiling is the state of neither any complain nor any need. Weeping is a positive state it causes the soothing effects to come forward. The positive and negative feeling has a great difference. Just a non-sense complaint is a negative weeping. It does not solve our problems. It in fact aggravates them. All the great leaders and successful people don’t hesitate in weeping when needed.
